Project Manager You will have a wide and varied range of tasks: You will implement new products and services in the Conduent contact centers. As the project manager, you will manage the activities, costs of implementation, improvement and optimization plans of yourself and those involved; You will monitor the state of progress and take corrective measures in case of deviations, so that optimum improvement or implementation is achieved and the solution is kept in place; You will advise the operational team on the improvement and optimization of internal processes and working methods. This is done using experiences of teams and using analytics; You will discuss your plans with the stakeholders. You will make sure that the improvement proposals are carried out in the operation, with good transmission or by operational support.
